Hullo David, thanks for your help.
If I download the media creation tool, do I need to run information technology? and if I run it, it volition create a .iso file in the usb? and if thats done, i need to plug my usb in the corrupted windows computer, and modify the boot to the usb in the bios? I only have a windows 7 pc, and i cant run the media creation tool because i proceed getting 0x80072f8f - 0x20000 error. So if im correct, i need an .iso file to an usb, and and then change the boot to that usb?

Aye, your procedure is right, download the media creation tool, insert a USB into the PC, then run the Media Cosmos Tool, it volition automatically wipe the USB drive and create the bootable Windows 10 USB.

If you cannot run the Media Cosmos Tool, you would need to source a Windows 10 ISO, and so employ something like the free Rufus tool to create the bootable USB form that ISO file.

Y'all cannot just copy the ISO file onto a USB, you need to use a utility to create the bootable USB on the USB drive.

I tried rufus, simply information technology requires powershell 3.0. I tried to install it, but it says the update is non valid for your computer. Can you help me with that too, please?

Rufus is the only other tool I would recommend, there are many free utilities bachelor online that can create a bootable USB form an ISO file.
